At Chericious.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every order of our freeze-dried ready-to-eat food products reaches you fresh, safe, and on time. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy below to understand your rights and options.
Before Shipment:
Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately at support@chericious.com or [Insert Phone/WhatsApp Number] with your order number.
If eligible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After Shipment:
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy section below for further assistance.
Due to the perishable nature of freeze-dried food products, we generally do not accept returns once the order is delivered. However, we will replace or refund your order under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
The product packaging is tampered with or missing items.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
If the issue is verified, we will offer either:
A replacement product shipped free of charge, or
A full/partial refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Order canceled before shipment.
Damaged or defective products (verified by our team).
Incorrect product delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
Failure to collect or accept the package after multiple delivery attempts.
Delays caused by courier partners or customs clearance (for international orders).
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, wallet, UPI, etc.).
In case of payment gateway delays, please allow additional time or check with your bank/payment provider.
5.International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions applicable in their country.
Refunds will not be issued if the package is delayed, held, or rejected due to customs regulations.
